Affiliate Program Term & Conditions

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Wealth Without Wall Street Community App, LLC, an Alabama, Limited Liability Company ("Company"), and you, the affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Company's Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. As an affiliate, you have already accepted binding terms with the affiliate network. The following terms are specific to your engagement as an affiliate with our brand, Wealth Without Wall Street. Breach of these terms will lead to immediate termination from our program with negative feedback left on your network profile and may result in transaction voids.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:
1.1 To enroll in the Affiliate Program, Affiliate must complete the online application on the Company's website.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Commissions:
2.1 Affiliate will earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through Affiliate's unique affiliate link.
2.2 Commissions will be paid according to the Company's commission structure, as outlined in the Affiliate Dashboard.
2.3 Commissions are payable on net sales, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.
2.4 Last-click attribution is the default method of deciding which affiliate earns the commission.

3. Payment:
3.1 Payments will be made monthly on the 15th, for sales completed in the month prior. A completed sale is defined as a sale that has been made and the refund window has passed.
3.2 Minimum payout threshold is $100, and payments will be made only when the threshold is reached.
3.3 Payments are made via Everflow Pay.

4. Marketing and Promotion:
4.1 Affiliate agrees to promote Company's products/services in a lawful and ethical manner.

4.3 Affiliate agrees not to engage in any form of spam, illegal, or unethical marketing practices.
4.4 Spyware, adware, parasiteware, browser help objects, cookie stuffing, and toolbars are not permitted. We will not accept being opted out partially from toolbars. Full compliance is the only option. Any affiliates buying media/ads must work with the affiliate manager to ensure quality clicks. All leads belong to the Company. Sub-affiliate transactions without referring URLs are subject to voids as we must know who is promoting our products.
4.5 For Twitter and Facebook - before every review or any ad post with an affiliate link, it must have #ad before the post if it includes a direct link to the Company. You do not have to disclose if it’s just directed to your blog post. For any posts that have an affiliate link included and you have received a free product or you are endorsing a product, you must disclose before the review a brief disclosure stating that you received the product in return for an honest product review and the post includes an affiliate link. Here is an example you can use: “Product was provided for free however the review is my honest opinion and includes affiliate links”. If you have questions, ask the affiliate manager.
4.6 Affiliate agrees to read, understand, and comply with all regulations regarding affiliate promotions including, but not limited to FTC (Federal Trade Commission) Guidelines which can be found here:
